About Us

We (En Tao + Maria Ko) are the husband and wife team behind Magnified Joy Photography. We are free-spirited dreamers and doers. We aspire to create something bigger than ourselves, and photography is one way we do just that.

We value authentic relationships and truly enjoy getting to know our clients. We also value a good adventure, exploring new cultures, and the art of slow living. In 2014 we intentionally gave away many of our possessions, freeing ourselves up to live simply and just be.

We love hospitality and hosting dinner parties. We also love deepening our relationship with Jesus and being married to each other. We believe that marriage is meant to be an exciting adventure of growth and new experiences, and we love dreaming together. Check out a few of our dreams below!

    We have big dreams of creating a mountain home + retreat where we can offer guests a space to rest, recharge, and enjoy a home cooked meal straight from our very own cast iron pots and pans.

    We've been brewing our own kombucha for over 4 years now. We would love to share our joy of kombucha with the world.

    We love a good cup of coffee and hope to someday open our own coffee shop + bakery, which will provide jobs to people with barriers to employment.

    Wellness is very important to us. We only have one body, and we should take care of it! We hope to spread the joy wellness by opening our own gym + yoga studio.
