Who are the humans behind of Magnified Joy?
Magnified Joy is a husband and wife photographic team operated by En Tao + Maria Ko.
We take a very personal approach to our business (in some sense it’s our first baby), we also know that your wedding day is very personal to you as well!
Each step of the process, from the initial connection meeting, the communications leading up, your adventure session, your wedding day, editing your photos, delivering your photos, designing your album, and everywhere in between, it is all done by us! Sometimes we even hand deliver photos just so we can see your beautiful faces again!
When you hire Magnified Joy, you are hiring us. Not only are you hiring two photographers, you’ll also gain two lifelong friends cheering you on through your seasons of life!

Where are you located?
We are centrally located in the western slopes of Colorado in Montrose, Colorado.

Will you travel to ______ ?
The answer is yes! We love traveling, and our passports are always ready. Don’t let distance deter you from contacting us about your wedding.

How many photos do you deliver for a wedding?
We typically deliver between 600-800 photos, all edited to perfection by our standards.

Do you do all your editing?
Yep! En Tao does all the editing for Magnified Joy.

Not only did every single photo turn out stunningly beautiful, but we couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. Maria and En Tao went the extra mile for us in every sense of the phrase. From traveling all the way to our remote mountain town in Colorado for our engagement shoot, to providing a spontaneous boudoir shoot just a couple days before the wedding, to filming one of the most precious moments of our wedding day and presenting it to us as a wonderful surprise– It makes my heart burst with joy just thinking about how special they made our whole wedding experience! I feel so lucky!
