Adventuring is our favorite way to get to know each other and get to know new friends. So let’s go! Hiking. Biking. Turning over rocks. Let’s discover a secret path or explore a hidden ice cave.

Our couples often warn us that they are awkward and need lots of help. We joke, saying we only work with professional models. But the truth is, the couples we work with are just normal, everyday people like you! We take an organic approach in our direction so as to help you feel comfortable and allow us to capture true depth and authentic joy.

Where should we go for our adventure session?
The possibilities are endless. No distance is too far, the goal is to capture something that is truly you. So if that is skinny dipping at a hidden lake in Glacier National Park or riding an elephant through the jungles of Thailand and reenacting scenes from Indiana Jones, let’s hear it!

What do we wear?
Whatever you want! Just try not to be too matchy-matchy. Remember, we don’t do awkward! It’s important to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. If you need further guidance, feel free to ask us before your session

We typically only have enough time for one.

Can we hang out after the shoot?
For sure! En Tao loves a mean burrito bowl from Chipotle. And if you’re lucky, you may even get to come to our home for a home cooked meal!

How do you pronounce En Tao?
While Maria is a much more common name, En Tao tends to trip people up. So let us help you out:
En – sounds like the letter “N”

How exactly do you put your couples at ease during a photoshoot?
Our goal is to help you forget the camera is there. We do this in a couple ways. First of all, En Tao is known for being corny and loves a good “dad joke.” If you’ve heard any new ones, please pass them along!
And second, we seek to enjoy the adventure right alongside. We want you to enjoy yourselves just as you would with any other friend. You being free to be yourself is of utmost importance to us because that is, after all, where the magic happens.

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience with En Tao + Maria. I am absolutely obsessed with how the photos turned out, and we're getting so many compliments! They totally capture me and my fiance's personalities.
